Terms & Conditions

By joining SZ United FC you must abide by our code of conduct at all times. You also agree to our payment terms and conditions that are in place to ensure the future of the club is secure financially, and to allow the best experience for all children involved.

Joining a football team is a big commitment and we ask you to strongly consider whether a football team is the right choice for you and your family :)

PAYMENTS

We spread our costs out via a joining fee, and then payments across an 11 month period (July 25- May 26) rather than asking for the lump sum upfront to make it more easily affordable for you. All payments debit your nominated card on 1st of each month.

1. ALL PLAYERS U7s - U16s - Your monthly payment includes 1x training sessions per week and 1 match (during term time time only - additional matches may be added on different weeks depending on league fixtures). Total cost for the season = £505 (£65 joining including June pre-season training + 11 payments x £40). Included in your joining fee is your registration, match day kit, and June pre-season training.

1.2 U6 LITTLE LEAGUE - your monthly payment includes 1 x training and 1 x match per week in our Little League. Total cost for the season at u6s = £505 (£20 joining fee+ 9 payments x £55 between September 25-May 26). Kit is provided as part of your joining fee.

2. Once you have joined, you are committed to one whole season until 31st May 2026. However, should you wish to leave the club at any point during June 25-May 26, there is a minimum notice of 3 month payment period. We can collect this in one go, or you can see out this notice period by still playing in the club.

3. Should you leave without written agreement from the club, and if money due cannot be recouped, your debt will be passed over to a third party debt collection agency.

4. There is no training during August 2025, however as we have spread the season cost over 12 months, your £40 payment will still be taken on 1st August 2025. There are some really important purchases and costs associated to the club in preparation for the new season, which is why we take payment in August.

5. Additional Technical Training: You have the option to level up your experience with us and enjoy our additional technical training night. This must be booked in advance, and once booked, the space is yours until you tell us otherwise. The cost for this is £30 per month (June, July, September-May, with no payment for this in August). If you ever wish to cancel, there is a 4 week payment notice period to do so. Any final payment to us will be pro rated for any session during your notice period which have not yet been paid for (usually happens if part of the notice period rolls into the following month). You will have access in full to the technical training during your notice period. This notice period does not effect your team commitment as outlined in point 2.

Although we offer some flexibility with our payment terms, we kindly ask that you commit to a season to ensure your child gets the most out of the programme and to be fair to the other children in their team that have made the commitment.

✅ By starting your payment plan with us, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
